We want you to love your FlowKit. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day window. You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrived damaged or wrong, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
